have a budget of 1000 dollars. due real soon. looking for high end stroller for baby , that I can purchase with a bassinet for baby to lay/sleep in while taking a walk, a car seat, and accessories like a sun canopy, plastic cover to prevent from rain falling in. tia.

Uppababy Vista, but it's not easy to schlep in and out of a car.

agree with above poster
uppa baby is great.
but keep in mind many high end stroller that are in this price range are bulky, heavy and are hard to put in and out of the car.
many ppl buy a second a stroller down the line (like city mini)
but having a bassinet on the stroller I always found extremely helpful!!

City mini make a great stroller I think it is called the city elite my friend has it and loved it.
Bugaboo chameleon and frog.
Uppababy is quite heavy as is the stoke
The joolz is meant to be great too.
If you are in the uk there is the silver cross surf and oyster plush which are great too
