Correction: No macadamia nuts. The exotic nut mix wasn't quite so exotic and contains hazelnuts instead. I don't think we'll be eating the persimmon this week after all; it's really hard and google tells me it'll take days to ripen. Passionfruit instead.

I accidentally bought figs. I wont get to read your answers until after shabbos, but I'm curious, how are YOU checking them?

I don't buy figs. If they ended up in my house I'd just put them on the table for show - wrapped in plastic.
