I am making sheva brachot on Tu Bshvat and would like to make fruit centerpieces. Anyone have an idea of how to make it looking elegant and easy to do? Pictures would help too. Thanks.

make a nice fruit platter as a centerpiece. place toothpicks in shot glasses around the table so people can snack between courses.

what about dicing fruit tiny and put in little pretty cups on pedestals or tiny little white bowls and spread down the center of the table, one fruit per cup, maybe grouping colors and alternating.
possible fruites:
canteloupe
kiwi
blueberries
watermelon
pineapple
to get a lot of different colors.
You can stick in some small vases on flowers to break up the fruit.
Or to make it easier - tall vases filled with diced fruit

I can't remember where I read it but someone suggested putting dates and figs (I would also add dried apricots and other dried fruit) on skewers coming out of a vase that's filled with different layers of nuts. Sorry I don't have a photo.
Also I saw this on another thread on imamother, maybe you could use this idea for dessert
