I have lots of cans of chunk light tuna and I'd love to use them up! What can I make with them besides tuna patties and tuna quiche?
(We don't like chunk light tuna in tuna salad.)

Tuna bake with mashed potato on top and tuna and sweetcorn and veg and a bit of liquid underneath. Or tuna pasta bake with a cheese sauce and tuna. Or a pasta sauce with tomatos onion, tuna and parsley/basil. Or tuna fish cakes. Tuna mayonaise for sandwiches or mix in a chili sauce for variety and to bind it.

No - I just make them up as I go along.
Tuna bake is a shepherd pie method so just mix tuna, sweetcorn etc together with a bit of hot water and mixed herbs then add layer of mashed potato and bake on 180c for 20-30 mins, turn it up to 210 or grill at the end to brown on top.
Tuna bake with pasta - cook pasta, make sauce, same method.
Tuna fish cakes is dh's, involves chopped/grated onion, tuna, parsley egg and matzo meal. Make a batter dip in more egg and matza meal and fry 5-7 minutes.
Pasta sauce, fry onions, add any other veg you fancy (I like courgette), add tuna, creamed tomatoes or chopped ones, some fresh herbs and cook for about 7-10 mins

Tuna chow mein. Just stir fry veggies and add the tuna at the end. Season with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and duck sauce if you like. Everyone thought it was chicken chow mein. Didn't mean to fool them, but it was really delicious.

Spaghetti (or pasta) with tomato tuna sauce.
For more grown-up taste, you can add chopped capers, chopped onions and a bit of chili flakes.

My family ABSOLUTELY LOVES tuna balls!!!!! I have a very picky family, and it always goes over well. In addition, there are many ways to adjust it to your familys' tastes. You make the mixture, roll it in something crunchy, like cornflake crumbs, grape nuts...and then bake!

How do you make the mixture?
