Also, water. Oh, and another good idea would be water. REALLY. Break your fast on it and keep remembering to drink more after eating as well. It is the most reliable beverage to get your body running nicely again.

Many people like to drink orange juice after a fast, which makes sense because the sugars can give you an instant energy boost. But be wary-- foods and drinks which spike up your energy are likely to let up just as quickly. So your best option would be plain, clean, unadulterated h2o.

Coconut water!!! It is often used in developing countries as IV fluid when other solutions are not available! I started drinking it before fasts and wow it makes such a difference. Not too sweet like powerade but still full of electrolytes! Good stuff!!!

Performance from shaklee. It was made for athletes to help sustain their water for long hours. Drink plenty of water along with it.

I bought one called cocovi from shoprite, tastes gross though.

Unless you LOVE coconut flavoring of any kind.

I've used zico? I really don't love the taste, and it doesn't taste like coconut...its a weird taste, but I kind of just get it down knowing that it will help with the fast!
