What are you going to be serving? I'm thinking of making lasagne in addition to my regular fare (fish, dips, cheese, salad etc.). But I'm interested in other ideas.

We are going to have what we usually have before 9 av, pasta with cottage cheese and glasses of water and challah for seuda shelishit.
We need bland food for before the fast.

Challah, pasta, eggs, whoever wants leben will have, cucumber salad, and tons of water. I think that most cheese products will make people thirsty as their salt content is usually high other than plain unflavorered lebens.

FS, are the eggs for before 9 av? Someone said that because it is not a seuda mafseket one does not need to have eggs, unless the eggs are because you like them Smile

I dont think we'll be milchig in time. Our meal doesn't end before 3 the earliest!

We don't heat up anything on shabbos so I'll need room temperature or cold food ideas that are pareve.

I thought about maybe serving fleishigs for shalosh seudos since it is more filling. Is that weird?

Were very traditional with our foods on shabbos. We eat the same foods every week and cholent is our chamin so we eat cholent every week, in the heat and in the cold.
