I think it's from Bitayavon

6 medium tomatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/3 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper, more if desired

Combine ingredietns in blender or chopper and pulse until done.
