Does anybody have or know a phone number where I can call to donate clothes that I no longer need?

Thanks in Advance

Would appreciate if I can get the big black garbage out of the way so it can stop taking up all the space!

Wear what fits me and I like, let the rest of the family take anything that fits them that they like, give the best of what's left to a gmach, the so-so stuff to Goodwill, and throw out the shmattehs.

unless it was someone famous and I could get a huge tax writeoff by giving it to a museum. Wink

why, what would you do?

my mother some friends of mine have said not to ever wear some one
eles shoes ! its a superstitious thing.

(the clothing is all male clothing)
also I gave away the left over food from the shiva house to non jews {they were kosher}

also if some clothing was made on shabbos by a jewish person I would not wear it.

RU sure it's a superstitious thing and not a health issue? My podiatrist told me you shouldn't wear s/o else's shoes b/c you can pick up a fungal infection, plus the shoe has shaped itself to the other person's foot, which is not so good for yours and can cause problems walking and standing.

Sefardim have a thing about not wearing a dead person’s shoes. Maybe it’s just the men, I don’t know for sure.
