false, never heard of such things. Probably isn't chalav yisroel either, so no way.
TPBM remembers peanut butter cups from america and would eat them (no matter that they are chalav nochri) if she could just find them in Israel.

For your much needed information, it is a cereal that you can buy in the UK. Kosher, pas yisrael and non dairy!
