Anyone with experience with these? Any tips? What chocolate do you use? How long does it stay liquid? Any specific brand recommended? TIA!

I saw one at a relative's house - IIRC you add oil to keep the chocolate liquid. The fountain came with detailed instructions for mixing and melting.
