The honey baked potatoes are really good and the meaty mushroom barley soup too. I really love both their cookbooks. Basically everything I make are from them.

Honey whole wheat bread is excellent
Maple drizzled apple muffins- ok
Chocolate bundt cake- ok, very easy
Tri Colored Bundt cake- pretty and yummy
Cinnamon Pull Apart Crown- dough is very easy to work work and tastes yummy
Whole Wheat Oatmeal cookie- really good, this cookbook has excellent whole wheat recipes
Overnight Cookies- good but they're more like meringues
Chewy eat mores- a chocolate peanut version of rice krispy treats
Choco Chip Bars- Tastes ok and very easy with simple ingredients.
Mint Roll- I left out the mint and it came out nice

I mostly use this cookbook for desserts and there are a few that really don't work.

I don't have the book, but I have made the mock potato soup and apricot baked salami. Both are delicious.

The first printing included a Pesach booklet. I'm not sure if they reprinted it, maybe ask the publisher.

Dont worry -
I purchased it last year before pesach and was wondering where the pesach booklet was -

apparently after the first printing (which had the pull out booklet), the second printing included the pesach recipes inside the cookbook and are labeled pesach....
