Moroccan Salmon
I don't know if this is actually moroccan, I just call it that! I actually got the recipe from pinkbubbles.
spices: paprika, chili, black pepper, garlic powder, tumeric, salt
sautee sliced onion and garlic in large deep skillet till tender, then add carrot batons saute till tender, then add sliced red/yellow peppers saute till tender. sprinkle each spice to evenly coat all veg in the skillet let cook for a few minutes. add salmon pieces or tilapia and sprinkle more spices over the fish. sometimes I add a little oil over the fish before adding spices. don't mix. let cook for about 15 minutes, maybe more.
I usually make the veggie saute in big quantities and freeze it in smaller ones, then I just defrost, put the salmon in a pan, sprinkle it with the spices, and put the veggies all around. I bake it on about 425 for 15 minutes. It's delicious! Make sure you have a high veggie to fish ratio because the veg is yum with challah.

Thanks sounds delicious. Just to clarify- you only sautee/cook the fish for 15 min in the pan?

Yup. Maybe a bit more, I just check it after 15 minutes and if it flakes its done! If not I give it a bit more time.
