Not sure if this is the berry oatmeal bake Shayna made, but I made it from the Kosher Pallete last night.

1 C flour
1 C oats
2/3 C firmly packed light brown sugar (I used dark)
1 heaping tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 C margarine, melted (I use oil)
Mix up.

1 16oz can whole berry cranberries
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained.
Food process.

Layer half the oatmeal mixture, then the filling, then the other half in a greased 8x8 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. (I use Pyrex so I lower the temp to 325)
