Anyone have a good dessert recipe using white chocolate chips, besides for cookies?
Actually, are cookies really that much different with white chocolate chips?

No...the Kosher ones are just cocoa butter. Not much taste.

Frumom- I'll be looking out for your responses as I've had a bag of whites sitting on my baking shelf all year now... and would be happy to use them!

You can certainly add them, they add a little color to an otherwise dark cookie, but don't expect too much taste, that's all.

I just made really good cookies with them! I found the recipe on recipezaar.com
The cookies have cocoa, so they have that dark chocolate taste and the white choc. chips add a good taste. I better not eat more than 1 or 2!
