I just love this, so I have to share.
~2-3 tbs Olive Oil
1 clove minced garlic
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
Parsley - fresh is best, but dry spice is fine in a pinch
salt
pepper
maybe a sprinkle garlic powder, if you love garlic, like me.
Measurements are not *exact*, so alter to taste.
It's delicious on noodles or for dipping your challah on Shabbos.
And here's one more recipe, it's SO YUMMY on green, leafy salads:
1/3 cup mayo (I prefer low fat kind)
2-3 TBs Honey
1.5 TBs Garlic Powder
Mix and dress! Again, the measurement are from memory, I usually eyeball it.
Enjoy!

I believe it's called an Aioli. If you google it you'll find tons of ideas. I make a great one with rosemary.

Can't wait to try the first one. I'm always on the lookout for dips that are not mayo based.
