Croutons, onion, shredded beets, mushrooms, nuts, cucumbers, peppers, sesame seeds…
For dressings I would use a vinaigrette and a mayo one so maybe a thousand island (which is very simple) and an Italian or something like that
Good luck

I actually just made this salad for my daughter's birthday party. It was such a hit that I had to refill it 3 times. It makes a beautiful presentation.
Dressing
1 Medium Avocado Peeled And Cubed
1/2 cup/s Mayonnaise
1/3 cup/s Oil
1/3 cup/s Water
3 tablespoon/s Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon/s Salt
Salad
1 box Romaine Lettuce
1 box Grape Tomatoes Sliced
1 cup/s Chinese Noodles
1 can/s Black Olives Sliced
2 Scallions Chopped
1 Bag Corn Chips Small
Preparation
Dressing: Blend the avocado, mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt until smooth. On a large plate put the chinese noodles in the middle. Put lettuce all around and then a row of olives then a row of tomatoes. Put the corn chips around the edges. Pour the dressing around the salad and serve the rest along side it.

If you want to get really fancy, I made edible tortilla bowls to put the salad in. Everyone was raving about this party and it literally took no time at all to prepare!

Run medium sized flour tortillas under water then spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Place an ovenproof bowl or small ramekins upside down on a sheet pan, and drape the lightly oiled tortilla over the bowl. Bake for five to 7 minutes--keep your eye on the tortillas as they bake! Remove the pan from the oven when the tortilla looks lightly toasted on the edges. Use oven mitts or tongs and carefully lift the tortilla off the bowl and place right-side-up on a cookie sheet. Bake for another few minutes until insides get browned.
I used to do this until I got smart and bought these:
