need easy recipe for frozen tilapia for shabbos!!

tangy broiled tilapia

1/2 c duck sauce
less than 1 TBSP mustard
4 tilapia fillets
paprica for color

mix duck sauce w/ mustard,smear generously over fillets, sprinkle w/ paprika.

cover bake for 20 min, uncover & broil for 10 min or until golden brown.
sprinkle some sasame seeds besore baking if desired.

I usually dip it in a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise then corn flake crumbs and bake for abt 20 min @425. Its really easy and my kids love it Smile
