It's about 2 months old. It wasn't published by a Jewish publishing company so you may not have heard of it.
Some of the recipes were published in the AMi, they looked nice but it's not my cooking style.
The author basically takes well known treif dishes and converts them to kosher.
She also gives tips on how to do this with every recipe.

I have it. The style is gourmet and converted treif recipes which she does brilliantly so I'm told. It's not a go to cookbook or a easy and simple cookbook it's for real foodies.

Thanks much, ladies! I went with Fresh and Easy (the new Shapira one) because I did NOT want something that was gourmet or a lot of steps. It should be coming next week - looking forward!
