Possibly homemade challah for hubby only (we're gluten free except for hubby)
Chicken miso soup

Either yellow rice or gluten free tortillas or rice and homemade tortilla chips
Homemade salsa
Green lentil chili
Chicken with fajita seasoning
Vegan gluten free cheese sauce
Possibly corn-

All these mixed together either to make quesadillas or unstuffed burritos

Roasted beets with vinagrette
Roasted eggplant with garlic

For desert, freshly picked grapes, passionfruit, and carob, and if I have the koach to pick some, prickly pears.

My husband made me stop cooking midway when we found out we won't be eating at home for Shabbos lunch

lettuce salad with dressing from kbd's chef salad

will make oatmeal raisin cookies if I have time
