Just tasted this at a vort, it was really delicious.
(There were grape tomatoes too. The dressing was not too sweet & not too vinegary, may have had a little ketchup in it).
Anyone happen to have the recipe?

mm... sounds yummy -
well help us out a bit with the dressing -
was it mayonaisey?
or a vinigerette type?
brownish - with balsamic vinegar or soy sauce?
more lemony in flavor?
see any speckles of herbs?

I have a similar recipe. The mushrooms, are sauteed, and then marinated in a mixture of ketchup, olive oil, vinegar and spices-dry mustard, paprika and I can't remember what else. If this sounds like the right recipe, I can look it up for you (just PM me in case I don't see the reply here)

I would say that the mushrooms seemed to be sauteed, although I don't think I've ever tasted a raw baby bella, so I can't be sure.
