Moroccan "shrimp"
from a magazine
Makes 2-3 servings
pkge of Kosher shrimp, defrosted
cumin
paprika
black pepper
olive oil
salt
You put the fish in a zippy bag, with 3 T oil and a good shake of each of the above-listed spices. Let marinate in fridge for half an hour.
Heat the broiler and put your fish in a small baking pan. Empty the marinated fish into the pan, and broil until "done". Serve hot with grains and a veggie. Is also good cold.
Makes 2-3 servings
