I'm looking for some matching yom tov clothing for my 2 kids, ranging in size from 6 months to 18-24 months. Are there any websites that have cute stuff?

I've always loved www.cyrillus.com
The prices are quite high, but the quality is excellent! I tend to buy in the sales or with a voucher and the quality is good enough that after being worn by 3 kids, the clothes are still like new and sell on e-bay for at least 50% of the price paid 
If you look on the website, in the bottom left corner is "Browse online catalogue", which will open up the catalog pages on your screen, so you can see the outfits together, rather than in the separate categories. Babies is up to age 3 (sometimes 4) and the baby collections often co-ordinate with the older children's collections
FWIW, Cyrillus is now owned by La Redoute and is their "top-end" collection! It was originally founded by a frum Jewish mother from Paris in the mid-80s!
