Does anyone in Jerusalem know if there is a "weight Watchers" program here (not online)? If not what other groups are there?

And what about local gyms?(ramot eshkol area)?

there definately are weight watchers groups in israel, I attended one in the sharon area in 1998.....lost a lot of weight then!

supermom, I don't know this slim for life, but went to weight watchers in central region. worked very well for me! should be on internet, phone book - shomrei mishkal, I think they are almost everywhere. pm me if you would like to know more!
