The car radio is always tuned to chassidish music, there's a machitzah to separate between male and female passengers, the ignition doesn't work on shabbat/yom tov and is preceeded by tefillat haderech on the audio system, the GPS is preprogrammed with all Orthodox shuls and glatt kosher restaurants, the trunk is dividable into milk/meat sections for when you are shlepping groceries home from the market, the seats are kasherable for Pesach...

Depends on your tolerance for driving. I can leave home for a weekend, but people have been known to drive coast-to-coast and call it a "vacation".
