I made a big container of ceaser salad dressing about 2 weeks ago and made way too much. I put them into small containers into the fridge. I was wondering would it still be good to use for shabbos?
Ing. basically mayo, sugar, vinegar, minced fresh garlic and maybe something else but these are definitely the important ones.

It should still taste good, especially because there is vinegar in there. Just taste before using.
Probably won't be good for that much longer though.

My caesar dressing -which has mayo also-can last for weeks in the fridge. So just check it by smell/taste-it may last a long time too.
