Can someone please post the Asian Fusion Salad from the Dairy Gourmet?

I love this recipe!
Asian Fusion Salad
Sushi Rice
1-2 T rice vinegar
1 T Sugar
salt
1 box baby bella mushrooms
1 garlic clove
1 large cucumber or 2 kirbys
1 heart of romaine lettuce or 1 salad bag
1/2 red onion
1-2 avocados (depending on your taste)
Dressing:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Make 1 cup sushi rice according to the directions on the package.
when finished, mix in rice vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt
Slice mushrooms and saute in olive oil and garlic till cooked through
Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise and then thin slices (half moons)
cut red onion into very thin strips
slice avocado
In a large bowl combine lettuce, cucumbers and red onion. Add enough dressing to coat and mix well.
On top of lettuce mixture put mushrooms
On top of mushrooms put avocado
Pile sushi rice on top
Pour remaining dressing over the top. DO NOT MIX
