This is probably not exactly what you were looking for but it's yummy.....Asian Spinach Salad from Gatherings Cookbook
baby spinach
halved cherry tomatoes
chopped chives (or sometimes I sub thinly sliced red onion)
sautee a pkg of ramen noodles (w/o spice packet obviously and break up noodles into bits) and 1/2 c slivered almonds in about 1 TBSP of olive oil (I may use more depending on if it's sticking) once it's started to brown add sesame seeds (says 2 T but I use more). Remove from heat once nicely brown
Dressing:
3 T each soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and sugar
1 minced clove of garlic
salt & pepper
recipe calls for 1/3 cup of olive oil, I usually use less
Enjoy!

You know those noodles have half a day's sodium in them, right? They're terrible for your health.

Nearly all of the sodium is in the spice packet, which is omitted from this recipe. I sometimes prepare ramen for my kids, discarding most (2/3 to 3/4) of the spice packet; it's not especially nutritious but not horrible.

maybe this is what you are looking for:
1 Bag Shredded Cabbage
Preparation
1/2 cup margarine to brown noodles
6oz. Ramen noodles (throw away the seasoning packet)
1 16oz. bag shredded cabbage
3-4 scallions, sliced
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing:
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1. Melt margarine. Break noodles - brown and remove from heat.
2. Mix everything in a bowl with the noodles. Add most of the dressing. (You can add more before serving)

whoa thats a whole lot of oil for a salad. I like the concept, but will try to make it a bit healthier and def skip the margarine.

If the seasoning's packaged separately, you can use it in another dish, as diluted as you'd like.
