You can just replace the Xylitol with the sugar. The Xylitol bottle should have the equivalence.

Try a gluten free cookbook. There might be one for diabetics which would be sugar free.

If you grind up in a food processor, S blade, a round box of seededless dates, and two unpeeled lemons or limes, quartered, well scrubbed with soap and de-seeded, with some raisins and dried apricots, then, roll balls of this in praline bits to coat, just so you can pick them up, you have a no-sugar dessert except for the praline bits. The little balls are best eaten from the freezer. Separate layers with wax paper. This mixture can be a filler.

Do you mean no flour as in gluten free or as in low carb?
Enlightened kosher cooking is a cookbook for diabetics. Pretty much everything is low sugar or it says to use sugar substitute. Things are also low carb but not necessarily flour free

Just saw this post.
Try looking for RAW VEGAN recipes.
They are usually high in fat (good fats) because they use alot of avocado and nuts.
I once made this chocolate mousse pie (search the recipe in google)
The crust was made with walnuts and dates
The mousse was made with Avocado, cocoa, dates, and agave.
And I decorated it with blueberries (frozen). It came out really pretty and very tasty.
Shabbos afternnon I started picking at the pie and before I knew it, I had eaten 1/3 (all that was left over)
I thought I was going to have a big gain over Shabbos (been on low carbs)
I HAD LOST 1/2 A LB!!!
Then I stopped making it because the cost of avocados were expensive.
Now that Avocados are in season (less expensive) I'm going to make it again. It was really good.
