How much info do you give out online?

Do you give out your real name? In Pm-s Etc.

do you give out your kids names? I say thats a no-no .

you realy never know who you are talking to online -----------.

In the beginning I would only give my first name & age, then I got less and less careful... never had any problem b'h.

So she has seichel which is a good thing. No age is immune to stalkers/identity thieves, etc. There are bad people out there in the world, and there is no reason why a teenager is not safe, but an adult is.

I think only one person on this board knows who I am, because I know her and told her who I was.

Anything else I do online I dont do in any chat room or forum, so there is no need for me to be anonymous or particularly careful. Its not like Im chatting on AOL, or posting on myspace or what not.

Anyone I talk to online knows me personally, or else I wouldnt talk to them!

I've told ppl I know in person what my screen name is, but they never told me theirs Exploding anger

Which is fine, I respect ppl's privacy, it's what makes it fun!

In addition, if I wasn't too careful about giving out my private info, I'd have nothing to fear of bc I don't really get too intimate online with my personal affairs, ever. And the stuff I say here online are exactly what I'd say in person too!!

I wouldn't give out personal information, even on here, other than to those that I know.
I think the closest I got to giving out detailed information is that I live in one of the 5 boroughs in NYC.......let's see any of you come and find me Smile

I never gove out my name (I even changed my screen name because it was closer to my name and I didnt want to be recognized:)

I do not think that I know anyone on this site, so it doesnt really matter, but if I were to tell something personal I would write it under an anonymous post.
