Salad or dressings-mac 'n cheese and tuna kugel

I'm making my 1 yr old a party this sunday, iy'h, and I plan on serving mac 'n cheese and a tuna kugel of some sort. I want to make two salads or one salad with a bunch of dressings. Which two salads would go with it or what dressings with recipes please, besides thousand island? Also, I only have regular vinegar. My il's are coming probably and each of my kids are allowed to invite one friend over, so the age of the party isn't important for the types of salad. TIA!!
