Recipe for Fennel salad??

Please, my dh bought fennel and would love a recipe for a yummy salad.

I dont remember exactly how it goes. something like vinager/oil/lemon juice/ salt variety, thought I think that it's this list minus one. though I cant remember which is left out, could be the oil. sorry.

I love it with a little olive oil, lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Mix it with some chunks of oranges, then dress with orange juice, lemon juice, salt pepper and fresh dill ( no need to add oil). It's great and very refreshing

There is a really fancy mollie katzen one which calls for chunks of orange , jicama chunks, fennel slices, and baby spinach/other greens tossed with vinaigrette (which you can make with orange juice).
