All mohels I've heard about are free. You just pay them after whatever you want/can.

There are a few organizations, depending on where you live, that do it for the mitzvah...we know personally one mohel that works mainly in Russia, but he travels also wherever it's needed, he did thousands of brisim and he is considered by many the best...if you need him I can try to contact him for you...
