Salmon in puff dough..delicious!

I make this for shabbat and for get togethers,it always gets fabulous reviews!
1 package puff dough
1 baby salmon debones and filleted
1 pkg baby spinache

marinade for fish:
3 tbsp fresh parsely chopped
2 cloves freshly crushed garlic
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
2tbsp lemon juce
brush marinade over fish and refrigerate,,,

roll out puff dought
place fish in the dough and put the spinach on top
fold the dought over the fish,u can shape the dought to look like afish if u wantto make it fancy(graze the dough with a fork so it looks like scales,place a black olive for an eye etc.)
brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds
bake 350 for 40 mins.

another yummy salmon pastry recipe:

1/2 package puff pastry

1 can salmon/tuna
1 small onion fried
1 tbs lemon juice
3/4 tbs mayonaise
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder

roll out pastry, mix all other ingredients, spread on pastry and roll up jelly roll fashion. Bake on 350 for 30minutes
can also be made individual

More- mayo, lemon juice, dill. Mix. Put puff pastry down, put mayo mixture on bottom, salmon on top, fold up and bake.

marinade salmon in soy sauce or teryaki. Bake salmon. brake up salmon. take puff pastry and spread salmon over puff. Roll it like a jelly roll. Bake.

cook salmon in oven plain. Break up salmon. Take mayo, lemon juice, dill and mix it into the salmon. spread over puff. Roll like jelly roll. bake. serve with a mayo, lemon juice, dill dipping sauce.

yummy! I make this on shabbos when we run out of gefilta fish.
