The "Shrimp" Noodle Hair Salad
Disclaimer: haven't made it yet; saw it on the back of something I was throwing out, so I figured I'd post it here so it wasn't lost forever
Salad:
some kind of noodles
red pepper
carrot
sugar snap peas
shrimp
Sauce:
peanut butter
vinegar
brown sugar
pepper
lime
oil
salt
sprout
scallions
cilantro
You cook your noodles and with one minute left to cook, add quarter cup each of cut up red bell pepper, carrot, sugar snap peas, and the shrimp. Drain & set aside.
Add the dressing: 1 tsp peanut butter, 2 T vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar, and the juice of half a lime. Add 1 tsp oil and a dash each of pepper and salt. Toss with sprouts to taste, and some scallions and cilantro.

Sounds fantastic. Esp because fake shrimp cost $3 less than the seafood sticks

I'm assuming it refers to angel hair pasta. this does sound good, though.
