what are they in english and how do I cook it?!?!? my husband bought both for shabbos, (sliced, not fillet!) and I dont know what they are or how to cook it. any suggestions greatly appreciated! he thinks one is whitefish

Hebrew Fish Names
Denis is Sea Bream (a kind of whitefish) and Lavrak is Sea Bass. I don't know about cooking them, though...
