I made this tonight for dinner, totally improvised! I am a horrible cook, but I keep trying.
I had a packet of fake crab and mushrooms in the fridge, and needed to use up the mushrooms.
So I melted half a stick of butter in a pan, and added a bunch of garlic.
(I think that would be 'garlic to taste" if I knew about cooking)
Tossed in the cut-up mushrooms and mixed it around until the mushrooms looked
cooked but not soft and flat. I smelled it too...it smelled nice and garlic-y.
I also sprinkled in some salt, pepper, and a little bit of red pepper flakes.
Then I added the fake crab and some peas and continued to to stir it until everything looked uhhm...good.
Served it on white rice. It was really tasty and I'm proud.

Aww..thanks for replying ladies. I realise I posted something along the lines of 'I made ice and it was delicious!'
But since I burned Pita Pizza (twice, in less than a half hour..lol) the other day, I was pretty shocked this came out tasting pretty darn good!
Score!
It's also probably the only time I will have occasion to post a 'recipe'..lol.

At least you didn't burn the ice.
