Thanks everyone for your warm wishes.
I ended up going into labor naturally after trying everything. Friday morning, I started having period cramps, but it wasn't overly painful. It continued for many hours that way. I had a morning appt for an ultrasound, so I walked to the hospital (hoping to quicken things up). They said that it sounds like I might be in labor so I went to my doc who told me that I am in labor and that she can break my water to quicken things up (I was only between 5 -6 cm) I told her that I'd think about it and walked home. A few hours later, nothing changed yet so I decided to go to the hospital to have my water broken. I came in and was only 7 cm. I chickened out about having my water broken but an hour later I was still 7 cm and not in pain at all.
Once they broke my water I right away got painful contractions and opened to an 8. One doctor told the other that she can stretch me to a 10 (a technic she learned from a midwife.) It worked and was able to push within minutes of her stretching me. (the stretching was not painful at all)
I was very impressed that the doctors were open to trying technics learned from midwifes. In fact after my baby was delivered they continues discussing what else they learnt from them.
My son was born at 6:10 pm and was 6lbs 1oz (my smallest)
My 2 older sons are so great with the baby.

no, my doctor tried on wednesday morning and was only able to do it slightly cuz the cervix was too far back. I didn't get a single contraction from it.
