My husband LOVES this type of fish, and whenever I make it, its or to much sugar, or tasteless...
I am talking about 2 normal size pieces of salmon filé.

This is the way I do it
Cut onions in circles and cover the bottom of the pot
cut in 1 carrot
put in the 2 slices fish
add some water ( not too much does not have to cover fish)
1 cup sugar
1t salt
alot of black peppe
cook for 2 hours
