I see it's sold in stores, it's olive oil and a bunch of herbs. I want to make my own in a fancy container, any ideas?

You mean like olive oil and zaatar? Here they sell zaatar premixed, several different brands available at the kosher butchers. It's very popular on Shabbos served with the challah.

I made a salad dressing the other day and I used the extra to dip challah in. It was delicious!
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Honey
Soy Sauce
Minced Garlic

My dh makes a dressing for Shabbos. He mixes olive oil, rice vinegar and a variety of herbs and spices. Sometimes dill or oregano or rosemary.
