Yep - I have the cookbook.

Here's the recipe:
SWEET AND SOUR ROAST

1 (4-6 lb.) roast.

SAUCE:
4 T. soy sauce
4 T. brown sugar
2 T. mustard
1 C. duck sauce
1/2 C. orange juice
1/2 C. dark grape juice

Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour over roast. Bake covered at 350 for 2.5-3.5 hours (depending on size of roast) until meat feels soft when peirced with a knife. Cool. Slice and reheat slices in the sauce.

OMG! This is the best cookbook ever! It's only $20. The recipes are easy and delish! No crazy ingredients or anything either...
