I like the one mother48 posted. I used that when I taught preschool and ds's class sings that now. Another one is on Gregg and Steve We all sing together 2:
Good morning, good morning good morning to you (2x)
The day is beginning there's so much to do
good morning good morning good morning to you.
The tune is a little harder. I used it when I taught first grade but had the tape of it when I taught preschool and often had it on when the kids were coming in in the morning.

I use the same one as mother48, and then add a hello to each child. They stand one at a time (if they want), and everyone claps and sings "Faigy's here today, Faigy's here today, let's all clap together, Faigy's here today!" (the tune is Farmer in the Dell). They love it.

1.(To the tune of you are my sunshine)
Oh every morning when I'm through sleeping
I open up my eyes and I say
Thank you Hashem for my neshama
and for giving me another day
2. Not sure what to compare the tune to, you can make up your own:
I wake up in the boker
I open may anayim
I go to the sink and I wash my yadayim
Ima Ima Ima I'm brushing my shenayim
Aba Aba Aba please tie my na'alayim
and then we sing modeh ani. I do a fun version where I have the kids hit the floor then their knees and then clap their hands while we sing together.
good luck!

as an fyi that is how I start my circle time (see above)
another good catchy one to start the day is:
Yosef Yosef Yosef's in the middle
let me see you jump
let me see you wiggle
turn around now please sit down.
the kids love it

I teach 2 year olds and we start our circle time by singing:
Hello Yosef, how are you?
Hello Yosef, who's sitting next to you?
(All the kids shout )Yakkov!
(and then we keep going around the circle..its fun!!)
