I have a few boiled gefilte loaves leftover from Yom Tov and I would love to be able to refreeze and re-use them for Sukkos. Will this work? A friend suggested freezing them and then baking them later with a sauce. Does anyone have any tips?
Thanks a bunch!

You can refreeze them once you have cooked them.

it'll taste a lot better if warmed up with tomato sauce, then serve cold..

I do it all the time, and I just defrost and serve. No sauce, no reheating. It's a tiny bit moister than before, but no one notices it unless I mention it.
