I'm not 100% sure on the shorashim in a few words... help is appreciated!

תרעו- make bad- ר.ו.ע or ר.ע.ע.

וישתחו- bow down- ?

והקימותי- to keep a promise- is this קומ, because you are 'upholding' a promise?

מביט- look- מ.ב.ט. or ה. ב. ט. ?

ויך- hit- ה.כ.ה. ??

ויעתק- turn- ???

thank you!

1. Resh vav ayin (no patience for typing in Hebrew)
2. I'm not sure about this one - maybe shin ches vav? Because I'm pretty sure the taf in there is from the binyan hispael.
3. Correct, it is to uphold, I.e. "make stand up" a promise - therefore the shoresh of getting up.
4. Heh beis tes.
5. Correct, heh kaf heh.
6. I assume it is ayin taf kuf, but I have never seen this shoresh used in modern Hebrew.

You're sure it's not kuf-yud-mem? (exist, sustain)

thanks estee

I'm also really wondering about רעע vs רוע because a few sources I've looked in said רעע but an ע cannot usually leave a שרש so I'm confused
