Household items to be used in weight training

This one reminded me of a weight training program I read about, in which you start with 5-pound potato sacks, and slowly work your way up to 10-, 25-, 50- and 100- pound potato sacks. After several weeks of training, you put a potato in each sack.

"only realizing pregnancy when kicking"

Is there some special way to kick that can tell you if your pregnant? If so someone should share it with all of us since it can save people money on pregnancy tests.
