I find that it's less painful than electrolysis. I almost passed out every time. I did my hairline through laser and I'm very satisfied with the results. It takes less than fifteen minutes per session whereas electrolysis I sat there 45 minutes straight and did not see any results even after 2 years of treatment.

I am in the midst of 'painless' laser hair removal on my hairline.
First, the woman who does it, places a stress ball in my hands, before the session starts. Now you figure out how painless this is going to be.
Each session if only for a few minutes, but it's raw pain throughout. She told me that it should take about 6 sessions for the hairs to be totally killed and never to return. I just had my second session.

I heard that it's ok during pregnancy, as long as you don't do it on your stomach.

I did it and the results were AMAZING but, THE PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really hurts and I took 3 advil before and put on numbing cream. It's still so worth it. Bye the way, if you get pregnant it after the hormones can make a lot of hair grow back.

Maybe I just have a low threshold for pain, but I felt like I was being blasted with a blow torch!

I am planning on doing six sessions and have done four so far.
I dont find it so painful I think less painful then waxing and hoping to see long term results.
