I was also going to suggest the LaBriut meals!

I am in Canada, and they are available at my local grocery store. You don't need ANYTHING to heat them up! You just put in some water(the water does not go into the food, only into the heating mechanism) and it starts to heat up - it is very cool! They are a bit pricey, but my BIL who travels a lot on business, finds them very useful when he has to be somewhere with no Kosher restaurants etc.

what a great thread full of ideas! When I'm not feeding my baby and typing with one hand (!!!!) will have to take note of the suggestions.
