If she has children then I would buy them toys or games...They will be sharing their space, attention, toys, etc....with your children. I personally would definitely appreciate that as a gift if I was watching someone's children. I think it's very thoughtful....

If she's not one that has a million toys, a good new toy can be wonderful. And give it to them when you leave the child. I'd buy something really useful, such as a bin of clics or legos.

How about asking your friend? You can take her to a nice lunch, to manicure,
or a fancy bouquet of flowers to show your appreciation. Or you can always
write a nice thank-you card with a gift certificate...
