Whats for shabbos meal tonight?

Friday night:
Heavenly Challos au moi
Grilled marinted salmon cubes on a decorative bed of vegetables.
Chicken soup with homemade kneidlach, and noodles
Fried chicken cutlets for DH and grilled chicken for me (maybe with a small piece of potato from the cholent - when there are no guest there are no side dishes as we're too full by then, when there's visitors, main course goes with carrot kugel and potato kugel 'muffins')
I don't invest too much in dessert since we don't usually get to it, we have tea with good parve chocolates, I always have ice cream and some kind of brownie/cake to hand. If I have time after candle lighting I prepare a yummy fruit salad.

Shabbos lunch:
Layered vegetable salad with mayo dressing and smoked tuna
Liver (for DH), coldcuts (for me), and egg (cooked in the cholent - chaminades)
Delicious Cholent
Dessert - same as fri night

It's just us this week, first time without a large amount of guests in a long time, plus it's been a very hectic week so we're taking it pretty easy.

Regular and WW Challah
Gefilta Fish
Chicken Soup

Caesar Salad (I saw that the makolet actually had strawberries and mango, which only happens like 2 weeks out of the year so I was thrilled to make my strawberry mango salad. I watched those strawberries all week, and today they had none :-(. So Ceasar salad it is. )

Chicken recipe from an old Binah with carrots, sweet potato and potato chunks.

Sesame Chicken Wings
Potato Kugel

Shabbos lunch is the same as above, just with Liver and egg salad and cholent and Italian Breadcrumb Shnitzle with fried onions. Yum.

So that's it. Simple and easy and relaaaxing.

DD just got a virus, so we had to cancel our plans to go away for Shabbos. I have to do everything now!!!!
