I got a George Foreman grill as a gift! We like tasty fried foods does the george make everything come out dry? Anyone have any good ideas for chicken cutlets on a george-still tasty?Or any other 'george recipes' for me or anyone who has them please post here!

the trick is to marinate the stuff and eat everything fresh off the grill. if you use dark chicken cutlets it will always be moist.
