I leave him in the tub for about half an hour while I read or talk on the phone or go online while sitting right next to the tub (he's in a bath seat). He loves kicking and splashing (and being naked of course). It's also his nighttime routine and cue and he falls alseep very easily after his bath. |
Mindy,
Which bathseat do you use? Sounds awesome since my baby loves bath time but we only do it once or twice a week since I'm holding onto her the whole time.

Does anyone take a bath with an infant? I think my daughter would love it but I'm scared that it's dangerous.

Every day, in the summertime sometimes twice a day. Call me crazy but I am a freak about cleanliness.

I'm a bit of an istanice so I give my kids a bath every single day. They even get a "shabbos bath"
As for the little bitties, they spit up a ton so they definitely need to be bathed daily.

I bathed my son when he was an infant every day on yom tov too. I decide now to wait atleast 1 night without since he is a little older. I regret it, because erev shabos, I was already getting sick, and didn't bathe him, even tonight he went to sleep before shabos was out, so I couldn't bathe him, he is filthy, and I feel so guilty.

I bath my kids every day. and in the summer they can sometimes have 3 baths a day. one in the tub one in the swimming pool and then anther at the end of the day in the tub. I love when they smell good and clean.
my first baby had 2 baths every day. all my rest have one bath a day. it so relaxing for me . I know exactly where all the kids are . in the bath!!!!
